Wenjing is an excellent agent and helped us purchase our dream house at a reasonable price in the Great Neck area. She is super professional and knowledgeable not only for the house purchase but also the process after that. She introduced us to other great professionals including attorney, inspector, loan agents, designer and renovation team, and even local community groups, which made the whole process very smooth and heart warming. Working with Wenjing as our real estate agent has been an absolute pleasure! Wenjing helped us lock down our dream house in Roslyn and has been trustworthy and helpful the entire time.

Unlike agents who just want to sell you a place, Wenjing was attentive to our needs, pointing out both the pros and cons of different houses objectively while on tours. Who doesn’t like an agent who does not hesitate to say “This house is not what you two would like because of XXX”?

Dana Team is GREAT! Peter Huang is awesome ! I really started looking for houses after I met Peter and he’s the only agent I worked with. I trusted him a lot. I went to check the open house on my own, but it was a complete waste of time. As a new buyer, I do not understand what I should check out instead of interior only . Peter is such patient and responsible agent. Every time I talk with him, I always learn a lot. Not as a real estate agent to me, more like a friend. It was so nice to meet him as my agent from so many choices .  Professional, patient and responsible and  will stand on different clients ' own conditions to help him find a suitable house for him.
