Very happy experience working with Wenjing on buying our first house on long island.  As a buyer agent, she is patient, very knowledgeable about the school district, community, property tax upkeeps vs available budget we really cares about. And most importantly, she has an keen eye in finding the pros of a house as well as some of the potential shortcomings you might not notice on first glimpse (for ex: land slope for flooding risk, closeness of large tree roots). We received great help identifying the buildings that allow non-occupant owners. Peter is very proactive on communicating with the seller and the building on our behalf. He gave us timely feedback whenever we have questions. NY housing market varies so much depending on which neighborhood you are looking into. I found Dana's team on google and reached out them.  Dana personally responded back to me very quickly then introduced me to Sharon on her team.

I feel very fortunate to have met Sharon and for her to represent us as we searched for our new home in Long Island.  Sharon invested a significant amount of time to help educate us about the area, how transactions are done and also shared her own experience.  She was also very responsive and quick to help us arrange a number of viewings.  Once we found our home, Sharon was able to help us negotiate the price we were aiming for and our terms.
